Terms & Conditions All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued, except in the event that we are unable to fulfill the order as agreed. In such cases, a refund request must be submitted by the customer within 24 hours after the final delivery of the order. Refunds will not be granted for incorrect orders, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order form is accurately completed prior to submission. In the event that you do not have a specific movie file, we can assist in procuring it from the source. Orders may be placed via the form provided by selecting the 'Foreing Movie Ordering' service option. For movie orders, refunds will not be offered unless we are unable to obtain the movie as requested. All requests for refunds MUST be made via the contact form and not via email. Customized subtitle translation services typically require between 7 to 10 business days for completion. Unless the Foreign Movie Ordering service is purchased and a request for embedded subtitles is made, only the subtitles (.SRT) file will be provided. No video file will be delivered by default. We offer up to three (3) revisions for subtitles. Any requests for revisions must be made within three (3) days following the delivery of the service.
